The key didn't work, had to get it swspped out. The 1st room had electrical issues, no power in a few outlets. One bed wasn't made, and there were no sheets to make it up. Also only one set if towels. We were able to swap rooms and the 2nd room was perfect

The room was clean and modern and my dog was allowed. Need better coffee situation. Also I loved that you did not have shampoo bottles littering the world.
